Riddles Law Contract


This contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein between the “Law School” and the “Riddle Provider.”

WHEREAS, the Law School desires to provide engaging and educational riddles to its students to enhance their critical thinking and analytical skills; and WHEREAS, the Riddle Provider has developed a series of riddles specifically tailored to law students;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Riddle Delivery
The Riddle Provider agrees to deliver a set of 50 unique and intellectually stimulating riddles to the Law School on a monthly basis, starting from the effective date of this Contract.
2. Ownership Riddles
The Riddle Provider warrants that it is the lawful owner of the riddles provided and holds all intellectual property rights necessary to grant the rights and license as set forth in this Contract.
3. Licensing
Riddle Provider hereby grants Law School non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license use, reproduce, distribute, display riddles educational purposes Law School’s curriculum.
4. Term Termination
This Contract shall commence on the effective date and continue for a period of one year. Either party may terminate this Contract upon thirty (30) days written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party.
